PET OF THE WEEK ADS IN THE SOUTH WHIDBEY RECORD (See sample ad)

WAIF animals get no exposure on the south end of Whidbey Island. The South Whidbey Record does not have the space to run Pet of the Week ads for free, as is done elsewhere. However, The Record is sponsoring the ads for free for two months to give WAIF time to find sponsors. The Record is also looking for sponsors for the ads. The Record has afforded WAIF a very good ad rate. For just $220 a month, an individual or business can sponsor an entire month's worth of Pet of the Week ads. That's one ad every Saturday that features a WAIF dog and cat in immediate need of a home. If you can afford to sponsor the WAIF ads for one month or more, please contact waifdev@whidbey.net. WAIF will thank you in the next newsletter and on each ad that runs in The South Whidbey Record. The ads can also link to your business' website. If WAIF cannot find sponsors soon, the ads will cease and WAIF will lose a critical opportunity to reach people on the island's south end.

Please help WAIF's animals find homes! And thank you!
