WAIF Spring Fling Auction

2011 — The 8th annual Spring Fling Auction was a resounding success!

The 8th annual Spring Fling, celebrating WAIF's 20th year, took place on June 4 and was a resounding success. Our 150 guests had a wonderful evening at the Useless Bay Golf and Country Club, sipping champagne and wine, enjoying a gourmet dinner and bidding on auction items. There were 150 silent auction items to choose from and 38 live auction items that were amazingly interesting and unusual. There were trips to exotic places such as Bali, Italy, Puerto Vallerta, Hawaii and Palm Springs. There were exciting dinners and parties here on Whidbey and much more.

Our 27 sponsors, led by Whidbey Island Bank, Puget Sound Energy, and Yonkman Construction contributed so much to this event. We appreciate all the volunteers who helped put this event together and helped us during the event. Thanks so much to you all. We hope to see you all back next year.
