• Penn Cove Animal Hospital in Coupeville spayed or neutered 6 cats.
• Best Friends Animal Hospital in Oak Harbor spayed or neutered 2 dogs and 10 cats.
• WAIF spayed or neutered 3 dogs, 3 cats, and two feral cats.
