New to Spring Fling this year is the WAIF Juried Art Show and Sale on Mother's Day Weekend, May 10th and 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m at the historic Crockett Barn (same site as Spring Fling).

Over 400 artists have been asked to submit work either featuring an animal or inspired by a relationship with an animal. Overall, 100 pieces will be accepted by the jury. Ninety pieces will be held for the Art Show and Sale on May 10th and 11th, and ten pieces will be reserved for the Live/Silent Auction during the 5th Annual Auction, "An Evening in Paris" on May 17. "Best of Show" and "Best of Each Medium" awards will be announced prior to the Live Auction at the Spring Fling.
